Budtender (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Herbal IQ – Depew, NY
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable team members to join Herbal IQ as Budtenders. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service by helping guests select products, answering questions, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and cannabis regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21+ with valid ID
- Retail or cannabis experience required
- Must have full weekend and evening availability
