Lifted Pilates

Kick off the weekend feeling strong, refreshed, and energized at Lifted Pilates inside The Q Lounge at Herbal IQ! Join us on Thursday, May 21st 6:30–8:30pm for an evening of guided pilates designed to help you reset, recharge, unwind.

This class is perfect for all experience levels and led by your instructor Hayley from ID Pilates! Whether you’re setting new wellness goals or just looking for a fun way to move your body, we invite you to join us!

Tickets are $10.00 and include:

• A 50 min guided mat Pilates session with Hayley
• Ayrloom goody bag
• Light Snacks & refreshments
• A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
