RELAX AND UNWIND WITH MOM MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND AT CLOUD NINE YOGA x BUFF PUFF SATURDAY, MAY 9TH AT 12:00PM! Join us inside The Q Lounge for a 50 minute yoga sesh with Nadya from Yoga Social! Check in starts 11:30am – be sure to get some fuel and mingle at The Q Coffee! Please bring your own mat.

Nadya Miller has been a yoga instructor for four years, teaching yoga at various locations including the YMCA and Breathe Yoga Studio. She is also the founder of Yoga Social, a growing community-centered event designed to bring people together through movement, connection, and meaningful conversation. Held twice a month at different local businesses, Yoga Social blends yoga with social experiences that inspire wellness and community.
