Introducing Puppy Yoga at Herbal IQ powered by Buff P*ff and Rambarran Rescue!

Join us inside The Q Lounge Wednesday, July 8th 7:00-9:00pm. Five puppies will be on site during a ALL LEVELS 50 minute yoga session with Nadya from Yoga Social! We encourage you to check in early at 6pm to visit our latest adittion The Q Coffee, Chakra Buds, enjoy all the cuddles, and vibe out! All guests who make a purchase at The Q Coffee will recieve 40% off Buff P*ff goodies in our retail store front!

Tickets are $15.00 with $5.00 supporting Rambarran Rescues! Find more information at rambarranrescues.org. Each guest will receive a small goody bag with purchase. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. We ask that you please park your vehicle in the rear/side lot and enter through the lounge back door. This ensures we have space up front for our in and out shoppers. THANK YOU!

About The Instructor

Nadya Miller has been a yoga instructor for four years, teaching Yoga at various locations including the YMCA and Breathe Yoga Studio. She is also the founder of Yoga Social, a growing community-centered event designed to bring people together through movement, connection, and meaningful conversation. Held twice a month at different local businesses, Yoga Social blends yoga with social experiences that inspire wellness and community. Nadya is excited to bring her unique vibe and community-driven approach to Herbal IQ.
